The Consultant Team will continue to coordinate with the CSO Citizens Advisory Committee <br />and the City's Legal Team during Phase I C to solicit feedback and suggestions from <br />representatives of the community. It is also possible that a meeting with USEPA will be <br />conducted during Phase I to update agency representatives on the City's progress and current <br />efforts to improve the LTCP. <br />Phase 1 C services will be provided by the existing project team consisting of- <br />MWH Americas, Inc. <br />• American Structurepoint <br />• EmNet, LLC <br />• LimnoTech <br />MWH Americas, Inc. is the prime consultant to the Board of Public Works under this agreement. <br />However, given the specialized nature of elements of the Phase 1 C scope of services, subcontract <br />firms will have lead responsibility for the performance and completion of certain scope tasks. <br />Phase 1 C services are expected to begin in July 2016 and be completed by the end of October <br />2016. <br />Detailed Scope of Work— Phase 1C <br />Task 7 Project Administration and Quality Management (Lead Firm: MWH) <br />MWH will maintain established project administration practices through the 4 month duration of <br />the Phase 1 C effort. Specific practices include: <br />1. Project Management -For the projected 4-month Phase 1C project duration, MWH will <br />provide coordination of its own staff and subconsultants, and track the engineering services <br />budget. MWH will prepare monthly invoices detailing project progress submitted in an <br />agreed upon form. <br />2. Project Coordination - MWH will attend up to four progress and review coordination <br />meetings during the Phase 1 C South Bend LTCP effort to review project progress and to <br />obtain direction on matters requiring decisions by the City. These progress meetings will <br />address the technical aspects of the work and results of the investigations, analyses, and <br />conceptual design efforts at various phases of completion. Meetings will be conducted over <br />the phone or scheduled coincidentally with other workshops/meetings. <br />South Bend LTCP Reevaluation - Phase IC Amendment Page 2 <br />Revised 06/29/2016 <br />
