Quality Control - Quality Control (QC) procedures will be employed in order to maintain <br />work product quality. These procedures will address the use of quality control reviews, <br />engineering and calculations checking, conceptual design checking, construction and <br />operation issues, and other measures necessary to maintain a consistent, complete, high <br />quality and compatible plan. A formal QC review will be conducted on key technical <br />memorandum. City staff will be invited to contribute to quality reviews. <br />Task 8 — Coordination Meeting with Advisory Committee (Lead Firm: MWH with local <br />support from ASI) <br />Ongoing communication and coordination with the CSO Advisory Committee established by the <br />City during Phase lA/113 of the reevaluation effort is important to the development of local <br />support for ongoing CSO control efforts. During Phase I of the effort, MWH will: <br />1. Communicate with City staff to develop an agenda for and schedule a progress meeting <br />with the CSO Advisory Committee <br />2. Prepare advance materials and conduct a meeting with the CSO Advisory Committee to <br />discuss updated financial data pertaining to LTCP alternatives or wholesale changes and <br />solicit input regarding the City's strategy for ongoing refinement and implementation of <br />the LTCP. <br />3. Document key discussions from the Advisory Committee meeting in the form of written <br />meeting notes. <br />Task 8 Deliverables <br />• Meeting Agenda, Presentation Materials, and Notes —Phase IC Advisory Committee <br />Meeting. MWH will be responsible for production of this deliverable. <br />Task 9 — Collection System Model Refinement (Lead Firm: MWH) <br />Modifications made to the City's previous collection system model during the Phase IA/1B <br />Reevaluation effort significantly improved the representation of the existing service area and <br />infrastructure and resulted in improved agreement between model results and observed <br />conditions. This task will involve additional model refinement as required to further improve the <br />model's ability to predict system performance and prepare for use of the model for an <br />optimization analysis.
