Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING W MMISSION <br />October 18, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend, <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and <br />Area District approximately 11.7 acres lying east of Miami Road, North of Jackson Rd., and abutting <br />the present city limits on the east was legally advertised under date of Mpy 24, 1965 and given <br />public hearing on June 39 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed <br />zoning would be in keeping with the use to which the land is being <br />putt. The following action <br />was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning <br />would conform to the use to which the property is being put and allow <br />for its further development. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 20, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to zone 167.79 acres, more or less, <br />generally between Colfax Road and the Toll Road and bounded on the east, south and west by <br />the present city limits and fronting on Portage Road was legally advertised under date August 23, <br />1965 and given public hearing on September 2, 1965.
