Olive Street was legally advertised under <br />date of August 23, 1965 and given public hearing on September 2, 1965. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />August 17, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemenl: <br />The attached petition of the Colpaert Realty Corporation to rezone from "C" Commercial <br />Use and "E" Height and Area District to "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area <br />District a five acre, unplatted, tract of land on the south side of Western Avenue <br />between Lombardy Drive and Gladstone Street was legally advertised under date of <br />July 26, 1965 and given public hearing on August 5, 1965.
