Hickory Road was legally advertised under date of October 4, 1965 and given public hearing on October 14, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be spot zoning. It was therefore moved by Mr. West and seconded by Mr. Kromkowski and unanimously carried that the petition be recomm- ended unfavorably to the Council. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would not be in the best interest of the surrounding area. It was therefore moved by Mr. West, seconded by Mr. Lehman and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended unfavorably to the Council.
