Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />1305 Oakland St.. <br />September 14, 1965 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />PETITION TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 3702 AS AMENDED SO AS TO PROVIDE <br />FOR "C" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT "F" HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1305 OAKLAND ST., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />TO THE HONORABLE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />GENTLEMEN: <br />J. Nuel Ellis, Comptroller and Executive Sectetary of The Wabash Conference Free Methodist <br />Church of North America and Oscar Pace, hereby allege that they are the owners of the <br />following described property known as Lot numbered 116,117, 118 in.Oakland Park Addition <br />also known as 1305 Oakland Blvd., South Bend, Indiana <br />The above described parcel of real estate is presently zoned "B" Residence District "A" <br />Height and Area District. <br />The petitioner proposes to sell the above described real estate upon receipt of <br />properly zoning to one Frank Horka or his Nominee for the purpose of using the <br />land for an office building site. <br />The property zoning for the above described use therefore is "C" Commercial District "F" <br />Height and Area District, therefore petitioner requests <br />1. That the Common Council refer this petition to the City Planning Commission for its <br />consideration. <br />2.
