Councilman Allen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />PE_ TIT ON <br />August 25, 1965 <br />Common Council <br />City of South Bend, <br />Honorable Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned property owners hereby petition you for the zoning of property <br />beginning four hundred seventy -seven and nine - tenths (477.9 feet north from <br />the center line along Portage Road of section Number twenty -seven (27), <br />Township Thirty -eight (38) North, Range two (2� East; thence West three <br />hundred (300) feet; thence north one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence east <br />two hundred thirty -one and four tenths (231.4) feet to Portage Road and <br />thence Southeast to point of beginning one hundred sixty five (165) feet <br />to C - Commercial, for the purpose of operating a Dairy Queen <br />establishment.
