REGULAR - MEETING SEPTEMBER 27, 1965 CERTIFICATE OF CLERK OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY I. Richard J. Duck, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, do hereby certify that attached to this certificate is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by said Board of Public Works and Safety on the 20th day-of September, 1965. 3Jated this 20th day of September, 1965. /s/ Richard J. PE_ TIT ON August 25, 1965 Common Council City of South Bend, Honorable Gentlemen: The undersigned property owners hereby petition you for the zoning of property beginning four hundred seventy -seven and nine - tenths (477.9 feet north from the center line along Portage Road of section Number twenty -seven (27), Township Thirty -eight (38) North, Range two (2� East; thence West three hundred (300) feet; thence north one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence east two hundred thirty -one and four tenths (231.4) feet to Portage Road and thence Southeast to point of beginning one hundred sixty five (165) feet to C - Commercial, for the purpose of operating a Dairy Queen establishment.
