REGULAR MEETING auvn i.+, 17vi ORDINANCE N0, 4759 - -65 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS. (East of Miami Road near Jackson Road and abutting present city limits on southern boundary) The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 2 absent (Councilmen Geib and Glass). ORDINANCE NO. 4760 - -65 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Northwest corner of Miami and Altgeld Sts.) The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 2 absent (Councilmen Geib and Glass). ORDINANCE NO. 4761 - -65 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE C -11, SERVICES -- PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE OFFICE OF CITY CLERK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,867.50. The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 5 ayes (Councilmen Hunter, Palmer, Wise, Szymkowiak and Muszynski) - 2 nays (Councilmen Allen and Smith)- 2.absent (Councilman Glass;gnd Geib). ORDINANCE N0, 4762 - -65 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO A NEW ACCOUNT F 261 OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES OF THE COMMON COUNCIL IN THE AMOUNT OF $600.00. The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 5 ayes (Councilmen Hunter, Palmer, Wise, Szymkowiak and Muszynski) - 2 nays (Councilmen Allen and Smith) - 2 absent (Councilman Glass )and Geib). ORDINANCE NO. 4763 - -65 ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE SERVICES - CONTRACTUAL AND PROPERTY ACCOUNTS OF THE ELECTRICAL DEPART- MENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,115.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE SERVICES - PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT. The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 2 absent (Councilmen Geib and Glass). ORDINANCE NO. 4764 - -65 AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PARK FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $53,600.00 TO ACCOUNTS 214 (TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH), 312 (FUEL AND OIL), AND 64 (HOSPITAL INSURANCE), AS AMENDED. The ordinance, as amended, was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 2 absent (Councilmet Geib and Glass). ORDINANCE N0, 4765 - -65 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. (First three lots immediately West of Capri Restaurant) The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 2 absent (Councilmen Geib and Glass ). ORDINANCE. FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 (Bounded on the East by McPherson St., on West by Walnut St., on North by South Bend, St. Joseph & Southern RR., on South by Indiana Ave.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Smith made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on July 12, 1965. Councilman Huszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE. FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Bounded on the East by Arnold St., on West by Swygart St., on the North by Indiana Ave., on the South by the rear lot line of lots . fronting on Prairie Ave.). The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Smith made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on July 12, 1965. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried.
