REGULAR MEETING JUNE 14 1965 REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION May 11, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend approximately 138 acres bounded on the North by Darden Road, on the West by the St. Joseph River, on the South by the Northern Indiana Toll Road, and on the East by the West boundary line of Brooktrails Subdivision was legally advertised under date of April 26, 1965 and given public hearing on May 6, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that in their considered opinion the six determinants of annexation apply to the area at issue. It was there- fore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Robert L. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana approximately 29.74 acres generally described as bounded on the east, north and south by the present city limits, on the west by Maple Road and lying between Cleveland Road and Lathrop was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposal met the six determinants of annexation. it was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana approximately 167.79 acres, more or less, generally between Colfax Road and the Northern Indiana Toll Road and bounded on the east, south and west by the present city limits and fronting on Portage Road was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that in their opinion the_six determinants of annexation apply to the area.
