REGULAR MEETING " REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of William E. Gunn Jr, to rezone from "A" Residential Use to "B" Residential Use 305 Manchester Drive was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing under date of June 3, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would provide a buffer between the highway and commercial uses and the dwellings to the north of the subject property. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and carried (5 -1) that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Robert L. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana approximately 11.7 acres being generally described as East of Miami Road, North of Jackson Road and abutting the present city limits on the east was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing on June 3, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that in their considered opinion the six determinants of annexation apply to the area. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the Common Council to annex to the City of South Bend, Indiana approximately 12.05 acres generally described as fronting on the south side of Jackson Road east of Miami Road and adjoining the present city limits on the entire South and East sides was legally advertised under date of August 24, 1964 and given public hearing on September 3, 1964. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the six determinants of annexation apply to the area at issue. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and 'unanimously carried that the Oetition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Robert L.
