REGULAR MEETING JUNE 14, 1965 <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 7, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and <br />Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the prope�_Xgenerally being bounded on <br />the East by Olive Street and the lst north -south alley West of Olive Street, on the West by Eclipse Place <br />and Meade Street, on the North by the rear lot lines of lots fronting on Bonds Avenue, and on the South by <br />Bonds Avenue and Westmoor Street was legally advertised under date of May 24, 1965 and given public hearing <br />on June 32 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the <br />predominant use in the subject area is single family <br />residential. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed <br />zoning would be in keeping with the character of the area. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed <br />zoning would be in the best interest of the area.
