REGULAR MEETINU ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 (Northwest corner of Miami & Atlgeld Sts.) The ordinance was given 'first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Allen made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 4757 - -65 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 13TH DAY OF JUNE, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. (602- 604 -606 So. Walnut Street) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. 5 MINUTE RECESS - 11:05 P.M. RECONVENED MEETING - 11:15 P.M. ORDINANCE NO. 4757 - -65 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 13TH DAY OF JUNE, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. (602- 604 -606 So. Walnut Street) Councilman Muszynski made a motion for suspension of rules. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 1 absent (Councilman Glass). The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 1 absent (Councilman Glass). ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman, Palmer made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PARK FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,600.00 TO ACCOUNTS 214 (TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH), 312 (FUEL AND OIL), AND 64 (HOSPITAL INSURANCE), AS AMENDED. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Palmer made a motion to amend the ordinance by decreasing Account 214 designated as Services Contractual, Telephone and Telegraph, from $1,200.00 to $600.00, and to amend title of Ordinance by decreasing $6,200.00 to $5,600.00. Councilman Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Smith made a motion that the ordinance, as amended, be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE SERVICES - CONTRACTUAL AND PROPERTY ACCOUNTS OF THE ELECTRICAL DEPART- MENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,115.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE SERVICES - PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE C -11, SERVICES,-PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE OFFICE OF CITY CLERK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,867.50. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965. Councilman Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried.. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO A NEW ACCOUNT F 261 OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES OF THE COMMON COUNCIL IN THE AMOUNT OF $600.00. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on June 14, 1965.
