REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 19, 1962 <br />The Hm orable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to tone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as consisting of two lots at the northwest and <br />southwest corners of Bryan Street and Crestwood Boulevard, said parcel containing .6 acres, more or less, was.legally <br />advertised under date of May 28, 1962, and given public hearing on June 14, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the <br />residential. it was therefore duly moved, seconded, <br />recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s/ Robert L. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />July 19, 1962 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District the recently annexed land being generally described as 5 acres fronting on the south side of <br />Hepler Street and being adjacent to Tarkington School was legally advertised under date of May 28, 1962 and given <br />public hearing on June 14, 1962.
