GULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED)
<br />A. Construct sanitary sewer project for which the City's share of the cost will
<br />be $30,000.00.
<br />B. Make street improvements for Denslow and Inwood Streets at a cost of
<br />$88,000.00.
<br />C. Pave Sampson Street at a cost of $10,000.00.
<br />D. Install street lights in the area at an estimated cost of $1,600.00 per year.
<br />SECTION II. That municipal property taxes impounded in the future for the benefit
<br />of said area shall upon receipt for impoundment be transferred by appropriate ordinance
<br />to reimburse the funds from which the monies for the improvements herein set forth will
<br />in the future be appropriated.
<br />SECTION III. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
<br />passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the Mayor.

<br />N public hearing was held on the resolution at this time. Council President Nemeth indicated that
<br />Kr. Rollin Farrand, Director of the Department of Public Works, had briefly explained the resolutio .
<br />luring the public hearing on the ordinance appropriating $115,500 for construction projects. He
<br />asked if there were any questions or comments from the audience. There being no questions or
<br />comments, Councilman Taylor made a motion that the resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman
<br />Kopczynski. Council President Nemeth questioned the installation of street lights and the total
<br />.mount and wondered if this was the total amount to be expended. Mr. Farrand stated that there are
<br />items that cover more than the tax impoundment. Council President Nemeth wondered about the amount
<br />contained in the ordinance passed by the Council, and Mr. Farrand stated that the only item that
<br />pertains to the ordinance for construction projects was the street improvement for Denslow and
<br />Inwood Streets at a cost of $88,000. The resolution passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes
<br />(Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, Newburn and Nemeth).
