The property sought to be rezoned is located at the northwest corner of <br />Ireland Road - Ironwood Drive intersection, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by Nohl and Betty Lueneburg, 53282 Crestview Drive, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />3.
