Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, except for <br />services of Engineer’s Resident Project Representative, if any, as follows: <br />1. Construction Monitoring Geotech Services $200/ Hour for Prof. Engr <br /> Not to Exceed (NTE) $10,900 <br /> <br />h. Settlement Monitoring Plans $1,070 <br />i.
