TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND CONTROLS <br />2024.00254 – Madison Lifestyle District Phase I Utility Design Water Main Replacement <br />015000 - 2 <br />1.3 TEMPORARY ELECTRICITY <br />A. Provide and pay for power service required from utility source as needed for construction operation. <br />B. Complement existing power service capacity and characteristics as required for construction <br />operations. <br />1.4 TEMPORARY LIGHTING FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES <br />A. Provide and maintain lighting for construction operations <br />B. Maintain lighting and provide routine repairs. <br />C. Permanent building lighting shall not be used during construction. <br />1.5 TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br />A. Provide suitable quality water service as needed to maintain specified conditions for construction <br />operations. Connect to existing water source. <br />1.6 TEMPORARY SANITARY FACILITIES <br />A. Provide and maintain required facilities and enclosures. Provide facilities at time of Project <br />mobilization. <br />B. At end of construction, return existing facilities used for construction operations to same or better <br />condition as original condition. <br />1.7 FIELD OFFICES AND SHEDS <br />A. Existing spaces to be used for storage will be designated during preconstruction meeting. <br />B. Storage Areas and Sheds: Size to storage requirements for products of individual Sections, allowing <br />for access and orderly provision for maintenance and inspection of products to suit requirements in <br />Section 01 60 00 - Product Requirements. <br />C. Preparation: Fill and grade Sites for temporary structures sloped for drainage away from buildings. <br />D. Installation: <br />1. Install field office spaces ready for occupancy 15 days after date established by Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />2. Employee Residential Occupancy: Not allowed on Owner's property. <br />E.
