This could include utilities, underground lines, invisible fence systems, <br />sprinklers, etc. We can offer an additional utility locate service (at an additional cost) <br />which may be able to pick up some of these (additional to the standard and free 811 <br />service). <br /> <br />Framing – Subfloor <br /> <br />2x6 Treated sill plate bolted to foundation wall with foam sill seal between <br />surfaces. 2x floor joists to match existing of house, 16” on center attached to <br />sill. ¾” Tongue and groove OSB glued and power nailed to floor joists. <br /> <br />Floor heights of existing to new to be at same height. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
