Yoder Construction, Inc. (RYC) is pleased to deliver a proposal to replace approximately <br />1,930 SF of existing soffit on the wrap around porch. We will provide a unique customer- <br />oriented experience while delivering the exceptional quality and value we have been known <br />to provide since our inception in 1978. <br />Pricing is based on the 5/29 email from Todd S. and the 6/9 site walk with the owner. The <br />attached drawing and subsequent take-offs are a result of field measurements. <br />Section II: Proposal Scope of Work <br />Division 1: General Requirements <br />1. Assign Project Manager to the project <br />2. Provide daily and final clean up. <br />3. Removal of all construction debris. <br />4. Provide a (1) year workmanship warranty <br />5. Working hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday <br />Division 2: Existing Conditions <br />1. Remove approximately 1,930 SF of existing soffit. <br />2. Remove (5) existing light fixtures and turn over to the owner. <br />3. Remove and reinstall (3) “attic vent” louvers. <br />4. Remove and reinstall (1) dryer vent cover. <br />5. Remove and reinstall (1) speaker. <br />Division 6: Wood <br />1. Modify existing porch soffit framing to accommodate (2) 30”x30” attic scuttle <br />holes. <br />a. Attic scuttles to be lay in panels that match the adjacent finish. <br />Division 7: Thermal & Moisture <br />1. Furnish and install new 4’x8’ LP Smartside Panel soffiting with batten strips. <br />a. Color: TBD by Owner from manufacturer’s standard prefinished <br />selections. <br />b. Batten strips to be laid out on site in an “appealing” manner.
