Attend in-person Pre-Bid Meetings for water main and sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects. <br />B. Respond to contractor questions during the bidding phase <br />C. Assist with Addenda preparation as required <br />D. Review and evaluation of water main and sanitary sewer rehabilitation bids <br />E. Shop drawing review: Receive and review up to twelve shop drawing submittals as required by the <br />Contract Documents. <br />F. Request For Information (RFI): Receive and review up to eight RFIs as they relate to the water main <br />and sanitary sewer work. <br />G. As-Built Submission: Compile and submit pdf as-builts using redline information provided by the <br />Contractor. Submit a shapefile compatible with GIS of the water main and sanitary sewer alignment. <br /> <br />Assumptions/Exclusions <br />A. Any identified utility relocation reimbursement will be paid for by the City of South Bend. <br />B. Construction coordination for utility relocation is not included. <br />C. City of South Bend will provide CCTV for sanitary sewer rehabilitation review. <br />D. Sanitary sewer rehabilitation plans will not require open cut nor profiles. <br />E. Sanitary sewer rehabilitation will not require an IDEM Sanitary Sewer Construction permit. <br />F. Phase 1 site development utility loadings to be provided by MEP Subconsultant. <br />G. The total disturbance area for water main upsizing and sanitary sewer rehabilitation will be under 1 acre and <br />a Construction Stormwater General Permit will not be required. <br />H. Location of Utilities by Potholing is not included. <br />I. Geotechnical Investigation is not required.
