Defrees for the consideration above mentioned, do hereby agree <br />to nay to the State Ban�-K of Indiana, upon demand, the said sums of money <br />}� in said Hortgage and notes mentioned, and said Tv�ortgage shall be taken to <br />be and is hereby declared to be subject to immediate foreclosure, and <br />it is further agreed that there is due for principal and interest -a 01 <br />said mort,ffage the sum of 035, 600. That the sum of 435,600 is due and owing to <br />orator for principal and interest wrich remains unpaid.
