<br />ROBERT NICHOLS II
<br />Rob has over 18 years of combined experience serving both public and private
<br />clients. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the design and
<br />construction administration of projects ranging from $25K to $25 million.
<br />
<br />Rob’s specialties include the management of large and complex construction
<br />projects. His experience allows him to provide effective conflict resolution, utility
<br />coordination, schedule management, and oversight of the adherence to project
<br />plans and specifications. In addition to construction, Rob’s experience allows him
<br />to provide design oversight and management of roadway design and layout,
<br />stormwater management, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, traffic signals,
<br />and other roadway safety improvement projects.

<br />As project manager, Rob’s priority is understanding the client’s goals and
<br />managing the project’s schedule, budget, and Abonmarche staff in such a way
<br />that the client’s goals are achieved efficiently, on time, and on budget.

<br />understanding what it takes to accomplish a successful project.
