All rights reserved. <br /> <br />a. Topographic Survey <br />b. CONSULTANT shall survey the project locations and provide one set of orginal field <br />notes and all field survey data collected via electronic media. For the Hillside Avenue <br />and Highland Avenue locations the CONSULTANT shall obtain section corner, right- <br />of-way, easement, and state plane coordinate information as necessary to satisfactorily <br />complete the basic field survey services described herein within the project limits. The <br />scope of work does not include a Location Control Route Survey (LCRS) plat. <br />c. The signature, seal, and registration number of the land surveyor, registered in the State <br />of Indiana, who was in responsible charge of the survey, shall be affixed to the survey <br />book submitted. In addition, VS shall complete the field survey as summarized below <br />and as directed by the Client. The project area to be field surveyed is described as <br />follows: <br />Survey Limits <br /> <br />Riverside Drive <br />Beginning 50 feet south of the centerline of Boland Drive, survey north 2,575 feet to a <br />point 50 feet north of the centerline of Cleveland Road. The width of survey will be from <br />back of curb to back of curb. Storm and sanitary sewer structures within the pavement <br />will be located, but no pipe details will be included. <br /> <br />Hillside Avenue <br />Beginning at the centerline of Olive Street, survey east 305 feet to the centerline of <br />Philiappa Street. The width of survey will be 25 feet on each side of centerline. <br /> <br />Highland Street <br />Beginning at the centerline of Olive Street, survey east 305 feet to the centerline of <br />Philiappa Street. The width of survey will be 25 feet on each side of centerline. <br /> <br />d. Obtain section or auditor plats for all properties within the project limits from local and <br />state agencies. Subdivision plats will be obtained for all subdivisions within the project <br />area and last deeds of record for metes and bounds parcels. <br />e. Establish Primary Horizontal Control within the project limits such that the survey base <br />line(s) can be re-established during construction. The Horizontal Datum will be the St. <br />Joseph County Zone of the Indiana Geospatial Coordinate System (InGCS). <br />f. Establish on-site elevation using NGS, DNR, St. Joseph County benchmarks or GPS <br />observations. Set temporary bench marks within the project limits such that the elevation <br />datum can be re-established during construction. <br />g. Tie in the survey base lines to available USPLSS section corners and/or existing <br />property/right-of-way monumentation. All necessary section corners will be located or <br />re-established to adequately define property lines along the limits of the project.
