<br />08-51-00 - 4 ALUMINUM WINDOWS – SERVICE BUILDING 08-51-00 - 4 <br />2. No member shall deflect over L/175 of its span. <br /> <br /> e. Uniform Load Structural Test <br /> <br /> 1. With ventilators closed and locked, test unit in <br /> accordance with ASTM E 330 at a static air pressure <br /> difference of 150.4 psf (7200 Pa), both positive and <br /> negative. <br /> <br /> 2. At conclusion of test there shall be no glass breakage, <br /> permanent damage to fasteners, hardware parts, <br /> support arms or actuating mechanisms, nor any other <br /> damage that would cause the window to be inoperable. <br /> <br /> f. Forced Entry Resistance <br /> <br /> 1. Windows shall be tested in accordance to ASTM F 588 <br /> or AAMA 1302.5 and meet the requirements of <br /> performance level 40. <br /> <br /> g. Condensation Resistance Test (CRF) <br /> <br /> 1. Test unit in accordance with AAMA 1503.1. <br /> <br />2. Condensation Resistance Factor (CRF) shall not be less than 52 <br />(frame) when glazed with .29 center of glass U-Factor. <br /> <br /> h. Condensation Resistance (CR) <br /> <br /> 1. With ventilators closed and locked, test unit in <br /> accordance with NFRC 500-2014. <br /> <br /> 2. Condensation Resistance (CR) shall not be less than 38 <br /> when glazed with .29 center of glass U-Factor. <br /> <br /> i. Thermal Transmittance Test (Conductive U-Factor) <br /> <br /> 1. With ventilators closed and locked, test unit in <br /> accordance with NFRC 100-2014. <br /> <br /> 2. Conductive thermal transmittance (U-Factor) shall not be <br /> more than .52 BTU/hr•ft2•°F when glazed with .29 center <br /> of glass U-Factor. <br /> <br />D. Approved Manufacturers: The following manufacturers are approved for this <br />project subject to providing products in compliance with the requirements of this <br />Section. <br /> <br /> 1.
