785 Con. Res. No. 3.. Can't. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such ap_�)ropriation: Right of Way of the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Railroad Company. The purpose of such appropriation is to open Werwinski street across the i. I. & I. R. R. Notice( -of this resooution shall be published on the 12th day of September and on the 19th day of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 27th day of September, 1907, at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 39- Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana That the following described property be a,?propriated for the use of said city: Opening of the Alley running east and west between Werwinski street and Longley avenue, its full width of 14 feet over and across the right of.way of the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Railroad, operated by the Chicago, Indiana & Southern Railroad in Kauffman Place addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: Right of Way of the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Railroad Co. The purpose of such appropriation is to open a public alley across the I.I.&I.R.R. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 12th day of September and on the 19th clay of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
