WE Wednesday September llth, 1907. Begin at the intersection of the easterly line of Portage avenue with northerly line of P. I. & I0 R. R. thence north westerly with tine easterly line of Portage aven,_e to the north line of Section 2. Tp. 37..N. R. 2 E. thence east to northerly line of I. I. & I. R. R. thence south westerly with northerly line of said R. R. to the place of beginning. Portage Land Co. Begin on the east line of Woodward avenue at the north west corner of lot 135 Portage Park Addition; thence north westerly on the easterly line of Woodward avenue to the northerly line_ of Terrace avenue; thence westerly on the northerly line of Terrace avenue;t6":the :easterly line of lot 146 Portage Park Addition; thence north westerly with the easterly line of said lot 146 to the southerly line of I. I. & I. R. R. thence easterly on southerly line of said railroad to a point 120 feet north easterly from the easterly line of Woodward avenue produced north and measured at right angles from Woodward avenue; thence south easterly parallel with the easterly line of Woodward avenue to the north east corner.of tot 153 Portage Park addition; thence south westerly to the place of beginning. Portage Land Co. All of lots 1152 1162 1172 118, 1192 1209 121, 222, 1232 135 Portage Park Add. Portage Land Co. The purpose of such appropriation is to open Woodward avenue and Elwood avenue from Portage avenue to Terrace avenue. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 12th day of September and on the 19th day of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 27th day of September 1907, at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or af fected by these proceedings. Adopted this llth day of September 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 37. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South -Bend, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for theuse of said city: The opening of Rupel street its full width of 6.0 feet over and across the right of way of the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Railroad, operated by the Chicago, Indiana & Southern Railroad in the City of South Bend, Indiana. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such proceedings I; Right of way of the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Railroad Company. ` I The purpose of such appropriation is to open Rupel street across the I. I. & I. R. R. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 12th and 19th day of September 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall will on the 27th day of September 1907, at 10 A. M. hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings,. In Kauffman Place Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana.
