SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION —IVY TOWER FACILITY RENOVATION PROJECT <br />Proposal fir Environmental Services <br />Between Buildings 84 and 113 is a steel framed structure referred to as the loft building, <br />primarily used as a loading dock. <br />The City and the selected consultant must have good lines of communication during the project <br />in order to successfully and economically complete the project. Since the project will be run out <br />of the Weaver Boos South Bend office, the close proximity of the office to the site and the <br />County -City Building will facilitate effective communications and quick response times to <br />requests for meetings.
