11 <br />NN�. <br />Per the proposal request, ASAP Towing understands the importance of timely service in emergency <br />situations. <br />• The company agrees to give priority to all city removal requests and has dedicated, as outlined, <br />in equipment provisions three trucks for city removal services. <br />• The company does not participate in any other police towing contracts, or other City related <br />contracts, nor any roadside service contracts, enabling ASAP Towing to commit fully to the City <br />and South Bend Police. <br />• The company will respond to all city removal requests within the thirty -minute time frame <br />outlined in the proposal. <br />• ASAP Towing agrees to clean-up any debris, spill or hazards from accident scenes and removal <br />services to ensure the area is safe for continued use of the roadway at the tow site. <br />• The company adheres to federal guidelines for clean-up and disposal of all hazardous materials. <br />• All ASAP Towing service trucks include the following equipment to further ensure safety: <br />o Debris removal equipment, consisting of: Two oversized containers, a broom, shovel, fluid <br />absorbent (Floor-dri), safety chains, straps, and emergency beacons. <br />ASAP Towing owns and operates two commercial properties. To better serve our customers <br />our main location is located within city limits, on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line and <br />two (2) miles from the South Bend Police Department. Our second location is an overflow lot <br />for vehicles that are not on a police hold and over thirty days old. This location is also on the <br />local South Bend City Transpo bus line and four and one half (4.5) miles from the South Bend <br />Police Department. <br />
