INLET CONTROL <br />The side auxiliary inlet(s) will incorporate a quarter -turn ball valve with the control located at the inlet <br />valve. The valve operating mechanism will indicate the position of the valve. <br />REAR INLET <br />One (1) rear inlet with 2.50" plumbing will be provided with the control located at the operator's panel. <br />The inlet will be located at the rear of the body on the left side. <br />The inlet will be furnished with a (F) 2.50" NST chrome plated swivel and plug. <br />A bleeder valve will be located at the threaded connection. <br />INLET BLEEDER VALVE <br />A 0.75" ball type bleeder valve will be provided for each gated rear inlet. The valves will have a <br />handwheel type knob for the control. The water, that is discharged by the valve, will be routed below <br />the chassis. <br />TANK TO PUMP <br />The booster tank will be connected to the intake side of the pump with heavy duty piping and an <br />electrically controlled 3.00" full flow inline valve. An open/close switch and a lighted position indicator <br />will be remotely located at the operator's panel. The tank to pump line will run straight (no elbows) from <br />the pump into the front face of the water tank and angle down into the tank sump. A rubber coupling <br />will be included in this line to prevent damage from vibration or chassis flexing. <br />A check valve will be provided in the tank to pump supply line to prevent the possibility of "back filling" <br />the water tank. <br />TANK REFILL <br />A 1.50" combination tank refill and pump re -circulation line will be provided, using a quarter -turn full <br />flow ball valve controlled from the pump operator's panel. <br />FRONT DISCHARGE OUTLET <br />There will be one (1) 2.50" discharge outlet piped to the front of the apparatus and located on the top of <br />the left side of the front bumper. <br />Plumbing will consist of 2.50" piping and flexible hose with a 2.50" full flow valve with control at the <br />pump operator's panel. A fabricated weldment made of stainless steel pipe will be used in the <br />plumbing where appropriate. The piping will terminate with a 2.50" NST with 90 degree stainless steel <br />swivel. <br />There will be automatic drains provided at all low points of the piping. <br />REAR DISCHARGE OUTLET <br />There will be Two (2) discharge outlets piped to the rear of the hose bed, located below the rear pump <br />access. Proper clearance will be provided for spanner wrenches or adapters. Plumbing will consist of <br />2.5W paging along with a 2.50" full flow ball valve with the control from the pump operator's panel. The <br />discharges will terminate with a 2.50" male National Standard hose thread male adaptgr. <br />68 of 89 <br />
