Returned call from Robert Kruszynski from the
St. Joe County Council concerning the condition and status of the Kizer House chimneys because of
presentations to the Councils by Mr. Bognar whose tax service is next door to the Kizer House. Referred to
Todd Zeiger at Indiana Landmarks and Randy Wilkerson at Code as the appropriate contacts.
Councilman Kruszynski asked me to also take up this issue with HPC Legal Counsel, Tony Zappia.
