8. RMS 2010-2011 Window Restoration Production -Reviewing production rough cut. Correspondence <br />with Brenda of WNIT and Todd Zeiger to arrange a meeting. Reviewing WNIT production and <br />compiling detailed notes. Rescheduling meeting per Brenda's schedule change. Meeting at WNIT in <br />the editing suite to do a final edit (found out that WNIT wants more money to complete the project, <br />er Angel Hernandez). Follow up with editor, Brian via email to give production credits. <br />9. RMS 2012 -Early planning discussion with Wayne about a couple projects for 2012, including urban <br />renewal trending and the correlation of Federal funds available. <br />10. Internships -Field trip with Rachel and Katlynn to Center for History galleries and South Bend Choco <br />Factory to observe how they display artifacts and install signage. <br />a. Resource Library Books -Working with Rachel on labeling. <br />b. Resource Library Flat Files - <br />c. Local Landmarks - <br />d. Preservation Specialist - <br />e. Research Assistant -Working with Katlynn to outline the artifacts for signage and display <br />purposes. <br />11. Then & Now: A Downtown South Bend Architecture Walking Tour -Assisting Catherine with Notre <br />Dame visual sociology tour by preparing a Power Point presentation of the evolution of South Bend. <br />Attending Todd Zeigers lunch hour tour. <br />12. Studebaker/Bendix Heritage Trail -Correspondence with Evie Kirkwood regarding my tasks. Pulling <br />information on the sites from our files and compiling brief histories. Meeting at Studebaker. <br />13. City Cemetery records digitizing project -Correspondence with Steve Nemeth of Parks regarding <br />project. Researching the South Bend Area Genealogical Society as a potential participant in the <br />--)rolect. <br />14. Downtown South Bend, Inc. First Fridays planning -Attend FF planning committee meeting. <br />Correspondence with Robin Fallon of DTSB to choose committee. <br />15. Safetyville in Rum Village Park -Correspondence with Kelly Jones regarding how HPC can help <br />preserve Safetyville. <br />16. Marketing -Design a postcard to advertise the South Bend & St. Joseph County survey books that <br />we have for sale. <br />a. WSBT Deals -Correspondence with Jen DeNeene of WSBT regarding the "Deals". Scan <br />covers of survey books for advertisement. Distributing merchandise to coupon holders. <br />17. RSVP to Lance Rouche of Quality Window and Door for 2 Commissioners, Dave and Sandy, to <br />attend a Marvin factory tour in Minnesota. <br />18. Green Drinks -Attend GD at O'Rourkes for a presentation by the Office of Sustainability at Notre <br />Dame. Networking with Sara Stewart of the Unity Gardens regarding windows, Tamara of DTSB, <br />Jonathon Geels of South Bend Municipal Energy Office, Bill Barnard of Troyer Group, Joel Barrett of <br />Reason to Return. <br />19.
