Prepare meeting minutes. Forward requested agenda via fax. c. Correspondence with Eric Boyd of Alfred Mortuary regarding the Thomas Street Firehouse. Mr. Boyd also called about another property at 1105 Elmer. 2. Local Historic Districts -Designing a magnet for owners in LHD and LL to be ordered at the end of the year. Invitation emailed to 1,700 people. Taking registrations. Correspondence with Cliff regarding a follow up survey. Correspondence with Todd and Cliff 9egarding a door prize and details of event day. Preparing handouts and brochures to take. Attend rogram. Reviewing Cliff's summary and report on surveys submitted.
