December 1 Presented at the County Council for the Out -of Line transfers. All passed <br />unanimously. <br />December 2 Prepared 2009 Purchase Orders for Postage, Preservation Specialist and 2 <br />lateral file cabinets funded with the Out of Line transfers. Prepared copies of the office <br />information on the Natatorium for IUSB faculty. Tabulated the Edgewater Liaison election <br />results. <br />December 3 Prepared end of year In -Line transfers and submitted. Mailed out results of <br />Edgewater Liaison election to all homeowners in Edgewater. <br />December 7 Deadline for December COAs. <br />December 8 Participated in County Commissioners meeting for In -Line Transfers. All <br />passed unanimously. Prepared Requisitions for Office supplies. Prepared Staff Reports. <br />Attended Green Drinks after hours networking at Trio's. <br />December 9 Prepared Staff Reports <br />December 10 On site visits to 1016 Hudson and 802 Portage with Elicia. Worked on <br />Completing Staff Reports. <br />December 11 Finished Staff Reports, prepared packets for mailing to Commissioners and <br />Staff Reports to homeowners. Turned in Accounts Payable for 2010 Historic Preservation <br />Workshop Event. Attended University of Notre Dame Analysis of Zion United Church of <br />Christ that evening. <br />December' 14 On sight visit with Wayne Doolittle to local landmark at 2520 Mishawaka <br />with John Machowiak from City of South Bend Central Services concerning replacing two <br />current windows with solid vinyl replacement. Met with Common Council members: David <br />Varner, Tom LaFountain and Ann Puzzello along with Martha Lewis to announce the <br />awarding of a $60,000.00 grant from Wells Fargo for the upgrading of the electrical outlets at <br />the Conservatories. Prepared Staff Report for 2520 Mishawaka after adding to Agenda per <br />President Klusczinski's instruction. <br />December 15 Met with Dina Harris, Director of Development of IUSB concerning the <br />land -marking for the Natatorium and the language needed to put the proposal in front of the <br />HPC. Gave St. Paul's Cemetery Land -marking presentation to the Land Use Planning <br />Committee of the St. Joseph County Council. It was sent to the full Council with a <br />unanimous favorable recommendation. <br />December 16 Presentation on Historic Preservation as guest speaker to Sunrise Rotary <br />Club at Honker's Restaurant. Provided information to Erin Blasko of the South Bend <br />Tribune concerning the moving of the land -mark at 16021 Cleveland Road. <br />December 17 Provided information to Dustin Grove of WSBT concerning the proposed <br />move of the Daniel Ward House and out buildings from 16021 Cleveland Road. <br />
