Assistant Director's Report <br />HPC Meeting 12.21.2009 <br />1. Green Ribbon Commission <br />—Meeting to review the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Strategy draft <br />Walk through of Good Shepherd Montessori School's USGreen Building <br />Council LEED for Existing Building registered project <br />2. City Cemetery National Register Nomination <br />Continuing transferring data from previously submitted document. <br />3. Fall/ Winter Newsletter <br />Continued building email listsery from multiple sources <br />Almost finished with the newsletter -will be finalized after next HPC <br />meeting to include any upcoming events in early 2010. <br />4. Attend Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Business Etiquette lecture <br />over my lunch hour <br />5. Landmarks Assessment <br />Looking through several disks that have photographs of Landmarks. <br />Begin PowerPoint compilation of Landmark photographs. <br />6. Prepared 4 COA Staff Reports and mailed to homeowners. Made revisions. <br />7. Worked with a homeowner in the West Washington neighborhood regarding <br />replacement clapboard and rotting window sills. <br />8. Attend USGreen Building Council monthly meeting in which we toured the <br />late Playland Park as the new IUSB student housing, which is registered for <br />LEED status. <br />9. Talked with homeowner in_ Taylor's Field about Grants. Consulted with <br />Wayne and Sue Solmos to confirm that there are no grants available at this time. <br />Contacted Monroe Park Messenger author Mike Cowan to confirm that there are <br />no grants for that area at this time. <br />10. Attend Common Council meeting in support of proposed Local Landmark - <br />Rushton Apartments. <br />11. Prepared HPC meeting minutes of 11.16.2009, emailed to Commission, <br />delivered to City Clerk and Mayor. Revised minutes per President Klusczinski s <br />suggestions. <br />
