JOHN OXIAN: I will make a motion that the replacement of the kitchen window be approved by the commission as presented by the contractor. JOANN SPORLEDER: Seconds the motion and the motion passes unanimously. 5. 2003-0609; 1335 East Wayne Street North; Build addition onto back of house, including the following: (A) convert North facing window into French doors and build screened shed -roofed porch. GERALD UJDAK: I would like to make a motion that this be put into the Standards and Maintenance Committee for an onsite meeting to resolve any and all questions so that this board can then decide one way or another. JOHN OXIAN: I would like to make an amendment to this motion that this not be put into the Standards and Maintenance Committee; but, that the whole commission have a special meeting on site and that you explain in more detail the proposed work that is to be done so that everyone on the commission understands.
