<br />A. certificates of Appropriateness
<br />1. 938 Riverside Drive --Riverside LHD
<br />Mr. Pastor summarized the staff report and
<br />distributed polaroids. The owner, Mr. Tidmarsh,
<br />wished to replace his front porch in-kind. The
<br />list of proposed changes was as follows:
<br />--replace porch deck, latticework, supports, and
<br />balustrade in-kind with cedar wood. Balustrade
<br />replacement to include reconstruction of missing
<br />sections on east side of porch.
