Mr. Pastor reported <br />sending a letter to the owners, Mr. and <br />Mrs. Beers, advising them they were in <br />violation of standards, and that the HPC <br />wanted a chance to review the project. <br />This letter reiterated a conversation he'd <br />had earlier with Mrs. Beers. So far, he <br />had received no reply. <br />b. 1716 E.
