Committee: Minutes <br />Date: May 7, 1978 7:04 P.m. <br />Place: Peter Bognar Agency - 807 West Washington <br />Present: Ted Wasielewski, Gerry Klein, Joann Sporleder, John Oxian, <br />Ruth Price, Candy Peck <br />Comments: <br />1, Minutes will include all resolutions, amendments, motions for amend- <br />ments, motions and all vote counts on resolutions. <br />2. Minutes will include all important conversations relating to resolu- <br />tions, amendments, motions and the reasons for the Commission's <br />actions on certain issues, <br />3 If a Commission member would like his statements in the minutes ver- <br />batim, he must request this specifically. <br />4. The minutes will include the things specific Commission members <br />were appointed or volunteered to do for the next meeting. <br />5. The minutes will include the names and addresses of visitors who <br />speak at the meeting or are referred to during the course of con- <br />versation. <br />6. Committee Reports and correspondence read at the meeting will be in- <br />cluded in the minutes. <br />7. One verbatim copy of the tapes from the meetings will be typed up in <br />transcript form. Commission members must request this copy, or parts <br />thereof, as it will not be distributed otherwise. <br />8. The tapes from each meeting will be dated and filed as permanent <br />Commission records. They are always available at the Commission office. <br />9. Each item of the minutes will be numbered and eventually the old .minutes <br />will also be numbered, and all items will be indexed, so as to be the <br />most accessible, <br />e <br />
