• <br />L' <br />f <br />CORRaTTEE REPORT <br />Committee: City Survey A rel <br />Date: May 8, 1978 8:00 p.m. <br />Place: MACOG Conference Room - 11th Floor - County/City Building <br />Present: Ruth Price, Brian Crumlish, Tim Eckerle, Candy Peck <br />Comments: <br />Committee recommended that the Commission accept the letter of agreement <br />from Crumlish/Sporleder stating: <br />Part 1 will include a map of the signifigant structures, 12's <br />and 13's and their addresses in all areas of South Bend not yet <br />surveyed.. No survey cads are included in this part. World War <br />II will be used as the cut -off' -date for structures, sites and <br />districts included. However, it will also include extraordinary <br />examples of architectural style built after World War II. <br />2. Complete a. local detailed inventory card of the superior <br />structures within the 1875 City limits. <br />3. Complete a local detailed inventory card of the superior <br />structures within the present City boundaries. <br />And the Committee accepted that Parts 1, 2, and 3 will be completed for <br />a price of $16,500, and recommends the Commission accept it too. <br />
