Mr. Oxian
then wished to make a motion that from now on expenses will be dis-
cussed between himself and Mrs. Whittaker and he will make the
presentation before the Commission for the approval by the Commission.
Whatever is felt are proper expenses to be handled by the Commission
will be presented and receive approval or disapproval. Mr. Nimtz
then seconded this motion. Mr. Stivers said he felt this would be a
way of standardizing policy. Mr. Oxian then further clarified this
and said he would be working with Charlotte Whittaker and Gerald
Kline. Mr. Kline asked if Mrs. Price would do the same thing for
West Washington. She said this would be part of the policy. The
Commission urges Southhold to continue its diligence and efforts in
the preservation of this building. Mrs. Price seconded this motion to
adopt this statement. There was no discussion and it passed
unanimously.
Legal
.
