South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />scheduled Regular Meeting - January 4, 1995 <br />g 5 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont.) <br />Worked with the Entertainment District Board to <br />secure funding for the Morns - Palais renovation <br />and that is going well. We expect there to be a <br />public fund drive yet this year. <br />Entered into a marketing agreement with Coldwell <br />Banker to market our land in the Studebaker <br />Corridor, the downtown, and the Airport 2010 <br />area. <br />Worked with the Housing Development <br />Corporation to bring about the rehabilitation of <br />the final three houses we owned in Monroe Park. <br />Completed the design work on the extension of <br />the walkway along the river near Madison Center. <br />Developed on a reuse strategy for the Dreisbach <br />property. <br />Worked on updating our strategy for the Central <br />Business District and East Bank. <br />Developed the walkway and made alley <br />improvements adjacent to the new Macri Deli. <br />Completed construction of Blackthorn Golf <br />Course and negotiated a management agreement. <br />Completed Phase II of Nimtz Parkway and <br />completed the landscaping of Nimtz Parkway. <br />Extended Richardson Drive to the east to open up <br />sites in the Toll Road Industrial Park. <br />Sold five parcels of land in the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park to Tech Data, Crystal Mountain <br />AP- <br />%W -38- <br />
