that does not have a BCRC card at the time of hire may work for up to three (3) days. <br />On the fourth day, a chain of custody or a BCRC card must be presented. The employee <br />will be requested to secure a card and take an initial drug test within 3 days to comply <br />with the BCRC Policy. <br />2. Upon completion of the drug screen, the employee is to provide evidence to the <br />employer of the Chain of Custody form givers to him by the collection site. <br />3. The employee will be allowed to work temporarily for the employer pending a receipt of <br />his/her BCRC identification card and its status verification of the initial drug screen. <br />4. If the work assignments are consecutive, the employee will be allowed to work tbr up to <br />a maximum of 7 days in order for the employee to receive his BCRC identification card <br />and have the employer card manager swipe the card for status verification. <br />5. If the member's work assignment is terminated by his/her employer before the <br />member's status is verified within the allowable seven days for verification, and is <br />rehired, the member will have to provide the same employer a BCRC identification card <br />at the second (2) rehiring sign up, and a clear status. Except in the event that the rehire is <br />less then seven days from the initial hire date, the Individual, Local and Non -Local, <br />BCRC card holder shall accept and understand that should his/her urine test results be <br />reported as positive for any heretofore listed prohibitive substance, his/her employment <br />may be terminated or disciplined without obligation for further compensation by the <br />BCRC affiliated employer (contractor). Such termination shall also be subject to the <br />individual's rights under his/her collective bargaining agreement. <br />M <br />
