<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 6n
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indians.,, That the construction of a local .newer,
<br />intended and adapted for local use by the property holders' whose property abuts thereon,.
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral_ dr ins;, be and the
<br />same, is hereby ordered in and along Phillipa. Street from D.ivis.ion Street to the
<br />New Jersey , Inli ana and Ill inil is Railroad as f ollows, to -wit:.,
<br />Beginning at the
<br />intersections of the c.enter line of Ford Street and Phillipa Street; thence north
<br />along the center line .of :Phillips Street to a paint 110 feet south of the. south
<br />line of. Div is -ion, Street, with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer. Also beginning at the
<br />intersection of the_ center line' of Ford Street and Phillipa Street; ::thence south along
<br />the center line of Phillipa Street to the center of Dunham Street with a 12 inch
<br />vitrified pipe sewer; thence still south along the center line of ,said Phillipa Street
<br />to the northerly line of the Never Jersey, Inc} ana &, llinois Railroad with a 10 inch
<br />vitrified pipe sewer; together with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets,
<br />conduits, flush tanks and house connections to the curb line along the line of
<br />said improvement, all as is more pest icurlarly shown and all in accordance with the
<br />plans, profiles, detail. drawings and specifications n file in the office of the
