<br />STREtT OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 638,10
<br />BE 'IT RESOLZTED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC CORKS OF TH-CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />ST. JOSEr H COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, that it -is desired and deemdd necessary to
<br />improve Dayton Street from Leer Street to the ally east of Clyde Street as
<br />follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall -be graded and the roadway hereof shall be
<br />paved also the roadway o-f-, certain portions of thee-str'e:ets and all-eys which- eater
<br />or intersect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be
<br />used in making .swid 'improvement shall be rolled gravel six (6) inches thick;
<br />storm grater inlets and 'conduits shall be constructed where neces-sary; all manhole
<br />taps and storm hater inlets shall be se:t' to' the proper grade; all as is -more
<br />particularly shown 'and all in accordance with the plebs, profiles, deta.i-1
<br />drawings and specif-ications on. file in the office of the Department of Public -
<br />Works of the City of South -Bend,, Indiana. -
