<br />JOSEPH COUNTY-,, STATE OF INDIANA, chat it is desired and deexed necessary to, imp -rove
<br />Linden Avenue from walnut Street to Anthony Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Avenue shall
<br />be graded and the roadway thereof- shall be paved, and al4o the `roadway of certain portions
<br />of tthe streets and -alleys which enter oP intersect said avenue sha11 be graded and -paved.,
<br />The paving mate-r i-a,1 to be ups-ed in mkking said improvement shell be Sheet Asphalt;
<br />Bitulithic , Asnhalt)ia concrete or Brick,: and the f oundation shall be portland cement
<br />c oncra`te f ive -(5-) inches thick f or the Sheet Asphalt,--bltGulithic., asp_ halt is concrete
<br />and brink, or rolled gravel six(6) inches thick for' -the Brick; also the cement curb
<br />now in place on said avenue shall be -taken out and a nonertte combination curb and
<br />gutter sha-11. be_,:.onstructed .along said: -avenue; storm water inlets and,,conduits shall. be
<br />c onstructed where ,necessary; all manhole _tops. and -storm water. inlets shall be set -,to the
<br />proper-. grade; .c'*ment marginal curb :shall be constructed at all streets and alleys :where

<br />The cost of the improvement herein provided for, except street and alley intersections, shall be paid by.

<br />The cost of all street and alley intersections, including one-half of the width of the improvement oppo-
<br />site street and alleys which run into, but do. not cross said roadway herein proposed to be improved and that
<br />portion of such street or alley abutting upon;.property belonging to said City, or upon :property not subject to
<br />such assessment, shall be paid by the City in_cash out of its general fund,- it able to do so, or from a fund ores
