Signature Graphics has developed and implemented a nationwide network of certified installation sub -contractors who are qualified by Signature Graphics to meet and exceed workmanship, warrantability, accountability, experience and expertise. Signature Graphics employs a dedicated Installation Department, managing the field installation process for efficiency, productivity and verifiable results. Field installation can present a myriad of challenges as it relates to driver schedules, avoidance of downtime, weather, vehicle conditions and other factors that can prohibit timely completion, but no one in the industry can match the track record, installer network, and experience of Signature Graphics. Field Labor Quotes • Standard turn times for field labor quotes is three days from receipt of request. Field labor quotes are based upon installation location, quantity of vehicles per trip, square footage of material being removed and/or installed per vehicle, type of material being removed/installed and inside facility availability. • Exceptions to a three-day turn time will be communicated to all affected parties. Field Labor Implementation • Standard field labor completion for individual field installations, upon receipt of cost approval, all necessary contact information and graphics availability is ten business days to two weeks. o Upon receipt of approval, Signature Graphics' Installation Department Coordinator will make an initial call to the location contact, introducing the project and gathering necessary details about the installation. o Signature Graphics' Installation Coordinator will manage the schedules of the installation sub -contractor and the location, receiving confirmation from both parties of an agreed -upon date, confirming graphics receipt, cleanliness of vehicle(s), and inside space availability, if necessary. o Signature Graphics' Installation Coordinator will confirm the appointment with the location contact 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation date. o Signature Graphics' Installation Coordinator will confirm the satisfactory complete of the installation 24 hours after the scheduled installation date. o Upon satisfactory completion, Signature Graphics will update the status as complete and generate an invoice for payment.
