11 Signature Graphics provides dedicated support to the South Bend Police Department program as listed below: Senior Account Representative — Rich Hardin Rich Hardin has lived and worked in the NW Indiana region for a number of years. He will be the main point of contact, providing oversight and guidance, working closely with all internal departments to meet and exceed expectations regarding the implementation of your fleet graphic program. Customer Service Support — Courtney Braun Courtney Braun is responsible for all day-to-day processing of production orders, material shipments, quotes, field replacements and daily flow of these processes internally. She is also responsible for daily email and phone communication and provides internal support directly to Rich Hardin. In-house Design Support — Carrie Flores Carrie has been with Signature Graphics for twenty years as part of the in-house design team, providing new design concepts as well as the adaptation of fleet brand guidelines to fleet vehicle specifications. Carrie's knowledge to vehicle specification details and her strict adherence to brand guidelines is invaluable to the success of the design implementation. Field Installation Support — Crystal Richard Crystal has been with Signature Graphics for 12 years serving as coordinator within the Field Installation Department. Crystal is responsible for the quoting of field labor, scheduling of field installation appointments, coordination between installers and location contacts and installation project status updates. Service Hours Signature Graphics, Inc. operates all design, manufacturing, and fulfillment out of our Porter, IN facility. Additionally, we have 23 regional sales offices, staffed by Signature employees in support of our client programs. Our Porter, IN facility is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, CST.
