Escalation of Field Installation concerns <br />• In the event of questions or concerns by the installer sub -contractor or the location contact <br />during the installation process, a phone call will be directed to the Signature Graphics' <br />Installation Coordinator. <br />• If the concern cannot be addressed by the Installation Coordinator, it will be escalated to <br />Courtney Braun in Customer Service and ultimately to Rich Hardin the Sales Representative, <br />Sub -Contractor Network <br />• Signature Graphics has developed a qualified, experienced network of Certified Installation Sub- <br />contractors across the United States and Canada. <br />• All installation sub -contractors are required to verify their experience, hold required liability <br />insurance and sign a contract with Signature Graphics before they can be scheduled for an <br />installation project. <br />• All installation sub -contractors are an extension of Signature Graphics and are held accountable <br />to the same Signature Graphics expectations. <br />Warranty <br />Signature Graphics, Inc. warrants the workmanship of the installation services we provide for the period <br />as the warranty of 3M materials. As an MCS Certified 3M Provider along with our G7 Print Certification, <br />we have the strongest and financially most meaningful warranty in the business. Our parent company, <br />Omnicom, is a 16 billion -dollar publicly traded company. We, exclusively, have the financial backing to <br />provide a real warranty. Generally, the printed 3M film will have a 5-year MCS warranty. <br />
