South Bend Central Development Area <br />() continued... <br />Mr. Bergeman indicated that he intends to <br />expand his business, MPA Associates, at <br />the new office on the site, so there would <br />be some additional jobs in his firm. <br />6. Description of proposed development <br />whe her the Property, when improved, will be <br />sold or rented, proposed buyers and/or <br />ttenants <br />a) It appears from your proposal that the part <br />of the Site occupied by Phase I <br />development will be sold to the occupants <br />of the row houses and commercial office <br />spaces. Is this correct? <br />Written Answer: Yes. <br />b} Will the "retail and residential block along <br />Sycamore Street" developed as Phase II be <br />owned by Eco-Urban Collaborative, LLC <br />or will it be owned by the occupants? <br />Written Answer: Eco-Urban <br />Collaborative will maintain ownership of <br />the ground floor retail portion of Phase II. <br />The upper floors will consist of lofts <br />which will be owner-occupied. <br />c) When you refer to Phase Icondos -will <br />these be totally owner owned/ operated or <br />will there be an owners association; and if <br />so, what are the anticipated ongoing <br />association/ maintenance fees? <br />Written Answer: The condos and lofts of <br />Phase I and Phase II will be owner <br />owned/operated. However, in both cases <br />there will need to be an owners <br />22 <br />
