Sample-Ewing Development Area <br />() continued... <br />amount of $1,500.00 to create a property <br />description for the proposed additional land <br />area for the Transpodevelopment. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Peczkowski, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for survey services and accepted the <br />proposal from DLZ for the scope of services <br />and fee proposed. <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2361 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Authorizing purchase <br />offer/price for1629 and 1633 Knoblock) <br />Mr. VVitwer noted that Resolution No. 2361 <br />authorizes the sending of a purchase offer for <br />two of the properties added to the acquisition <br />list earlier in the meeting and sets the <br />offering price. The price to be offered for <br />1629 Knoblock is $54,000 and for 1633 <br />Knoblock, $60,500.
